Based on research, carrot juice extract has a positive effect on blood cancer cells. These cells self-destruct so that sufferers have great potential to recover from blood cancer. According to the research, these cells also break the cycle so that they no longer develop.

Indeed, so far, carrots are not known to be a standalone drug for the treatment of leukemia, but at least carrots are a suitable food even recommended for those with leukemia.

2. Gastric cancer

Furthermore, the benefits of carrot juice are to treat stomach disease. Gastric disease here, more like stomach cancer. This extraordinary benefit is achieved because carrots are high in antioxidants. Antioxidants are important compounds for the body to ward off free radicals which are one of the causes of cancer.

There is a study that specifically examines the effects of carrots on stomach cancer and states that consuming carrot juice can reduce cancer risk by 26%, but in that study it did not say how much a person should consume carrots to get this effect.

Because anything that is excessive is not good for health.
