The ingredients
The basic ingredients are:
- Prepare one chicken and clean it, cut it in half
- Water as much as 2000 ml
Supplementary material:
- 200 grams of cabbage, sliced lengthwise
- 200 grams of bean sprouts, cleaned and poured hot water
- 50 grams of vermicelli, soaked in hot water
- 3 eggs, boiled
- 2 red tomatoes, sliced
- fried onions, to sprinkle over the soup
Chicken Soto Seasoning
- galangal 1 finger segment
- 3 pieces of lime leaves
- 3 stalks of green onion, cut into 1 cm pieces
- 3 pieces of bay leaves
- 2 sticks of lemongrass
- Sufficiently flavoring
Ground spices:
- Turmeric 1 آ ½ knuckles
- Candlenut 5 items
- Ginger 1 آ½ knuckles
- Pepper آ ½ teaspoon
- 3 cloves of red onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
Ingredients for Making Sambal
- 3 pieces of cayenne pepper, boiled (or cayenne pepper substitute)
- 6 red chilies, boiled
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Salt آ½ teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
* To make chili sauce, all the ingredients above are mixed evenly after being mashed first.

How to make:
- The first step is to saute the spices that you have prepared, remember ..! Use low heat so it doesn’t burn, saute until it smells good
- The next step, boil the chicken in a pan with 2000 ml of water and add the soto, galangal, lime leaves, bay leaf and lemongrass, cook for about 30 minutes (until the chicken is tender).
- At this point, the process of making the clear soup is finished, try it, if necessary, add spices to suit your taste, for example salt, pepper or flavoring.
- The next step is to separate the chicken meat with the bones, you can use a knife or fork. If you want, you can put the bones in the sauce again.
- The final step is to add the leeks, simmer for a while before serving.

How to Serve Chicken Soto Cuisine
- Prepare a serving bowl
- Enter the sliced cabbage, bean sprouts, glass noodles, tomatoes, eggs and chicken meat
