Ginger tea is tea made from the root of the ginger plant or ginger root. The way to make it is very easy, just boil it and drink it. This is a good herbal drink to blow wind in the stomach. How to Make Ginger Tea

To make ginger tea you have to prepare ingredients such as:

  • Ginger about 2 inches
  • Water as much as 4 glasses
  • A pot for boiling jage
  • Lemon juice and honey

  • Put water in the pot,
  • Cut the ginger into thin slices
  • Put it in the water in the pan
  • Bring to a boil for 20 minutes
  • Strain and collect in a glass

Ginger Tea for Weight Loss

1. Simple ginger tea

Give 2 cm of fresh ginger ale, and one teaspoon of ground ginger for every liter of water. Put everything in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and cover your pan and wait for it to cool.

The way to consume ginger tea for weight loss is to drink it three times a day. Variations can be made by adding spices such as lemon, cinnamon, and ginger shavings and can be added to juices and salads.

To lose weight you must pay attention to the diet rules to lose weight. Avoid sugar in every food and drink, avoid fatty foods and exercise regularly.
