- 1/2 bawang bombai
- Cabe hijau 10 biji
- Cabe merah 3 biji
- Daun salam 3 lembar
- Daun jeruk 4 lembar
- Dua batang serai

Cara Memasak Paru-Paru Cabe Hijau
- Paru paru sapi di rendam dulu sekitar 30 menit dengan air mendidih
- Setelah itu, paru-paru di cincang-cincang ukuran kecil
- Jika semuanya sudah di potong-potong, sekarang waktunya untuk memberi perasan jeruk nipis
- Kasih garam dan kembali di aduk merata, hingga garam meresap dalam paru-paru
- Panaskan minyak dan goreng semua paru-parunya hingga matang
- Sambil menunggu paru-paru matang, kita persiapkan bumbu tumis. Bumbu tumis terdiri dari cabe hijau, merah cincang, serai grepek,, bawang putih, merah cincang, bawang bombai cincang.
- Jika sudah masak, angkat paru-paru goreng
- Masukkan bumbu tumis, tumis hingga layu, dan aromanya menyebar
- Masukkan sedikit saus tiram
- Masukkan paru-paru yang sudah di goreng kedalam bumbu tumis, dan aduk-aduk hingga merata.
