Rasulullah Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam said:” Seek, even if it is only a ring of iron. “He left, then came back again and said: By Allah there is no, O Messenger of Allah, even though it is only a ring of iron, but this is my cloth – But said: He has a half-shawl for her (the woman). Those are some hadiths about marriage. In essence, one is that marriage is the sunnah of the Prophet SAW, the Prophet himself ordered us to marry and forbade celibacy. Of course, this is if we have the desire and ability to support our inner and outer life.
However, if someone is not able to provide a living, Rasulullah SAW tells us to fast because this can reduce lust. Because one of the goals of getting married apart from getting pious offspring, and pious is also to keep our views from haram women. So, by getting married, a man will be looked after, far from cheating on him, or doing immorality.
