  7. During pregnancy, consuming cow’s ghee also has many benefits. However, you should still consult a doctor before starting.
  8. A2 beef ghee is good for mineral absorption and stomach acid
  9. In case of facial paralysis, cow ghee is inserted in the nostrils, with nasya therapy in panchakarma. The benefit is to increase “ojas” and “sattvic guna” in the body.
