1. Good for digestion

Nutritionist named Anshul Jaibharat said that pecans nuts are rich in fiber so they are very good for colon health so they support regular peristaltic movement. 2. Good for heart health

Pecan nuts is rich in oelic acid or so-called monounsaturated fatty acids and contains phenolic antioxidants which are useful for reducing the risk of heart disease. Based on research, consuming one handful of pecan nuts per day can reduce LDL levels i.e. ‘Bad cholesterol’ and it can increase HDL i.e. ‘Good cholesterol’. This means that eating pecans at the right level can prevent stroke and cardiovascular disease.

3. Lose weight

For those who are on a diet to lose weight, you can consume pecan nuts regularly because these seeds are also useful in increasing the body’s metabolism. In addition, pecans also contain several other minerals that support weight loss such as niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B complex, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6, and folate, all of which have an effect on increasing the body’s metabolic rate so that burning body fat also increases. .
