How to save energy – Fuel that continues to rise and various other prices also continue to rise while people’s incomes are stagnant and do not increase for a country is one form of progress. Apart from all that, we must save the energy we use, such as fuel energy, such as fuel. Saving energy means that we have helped to preserve the environment and our earth.

Do you know how to save energy? In this short article we will explore how to save energy. Saving energy is not only saving personal expenses but also preserving the environment. Next, we will immediately notice how to save energy?

9 Ways on How to Save Energy

Reduce use of private vehicles

One way to save energy is to reduce the use of fuel, the way is to limit the use of motorbikes and cars. Only use when needed for important things like going to work or going to school. You can also ride other people’s motorbikes or public transportation so you can save on fuel usage.

Not Going at High Speed

The next way to do this is not to go at high speed. It is enough to carry a vehicle at a moderate speed, for example 80km per hour, without exaggerating it. Because the faster the vehicle goes, the more fuel it needs will also be needed.

Carrying a vehicle casually and not speeding is one way of saving fuel or vehicle fuel energy and this is good for the preservation of our environment. In addition, using a mobile application to be able to monitor traffic jams, you can avoid traffic jams and take other roads that are not jammed. Traffic jams cause the vehicle to stop and go and this is quite a drain on fuel.

Do not use AC excessively

Excessive use of air conditioning is very wasteful of energy. We are in a tropical country with an average hot temperature, we tend to use Ac to cool the room. So, to be able to minimize the use of air conditioning, we can design a house properly so that air can enter and exit properly and design based on the reflection of sunlight.

Did you know that 40% of running out of energy in the office is a result of using air conditioning. So, we can minimize the use of air conditioning only by designing the right room and planting plants around the building so that it prevents the room from being heated by sunlight.

Choose Energy-efficient Electronic Devices

Now, there are many lamps and electronic devices that can save energy and fuel. Among the examples are air conditioners which can adjust the temperature according to the number of people in the room and LED lights that can illuminate the room brightly using very little power.

So, choosing a small electronic device can be a way to save energy in your home. You can also adjust the AC to the room, if you use a small room then you can use a small AC so it is good for savings.

Turn on Electronics only When Needed

We know that using electronic devices can consume a lot of fuel or electricity costs. So, we can limit their use, every electronic object we don’t need can be turned off. For example, AC and TV or lights can be turned off when we go out or work.

So, no electronic item turns on when you don’t need it. For example, if you need Ac, just turn on the AC, so if you don’t need it anymore, you can turn it off.

Reducing the use of Electronic goods

The use of electronic goods can also be limited so that we can save on electricity costs. For example, there is work that you can do by hand, so you don’t need to use electronic objects, you can use your hands like beating eggs or smoothing cooking spices. If you can do it by hand then just do it by hand.

Do not store hot food in the refrigerator

Furthermore, the way to save energy is by not storing hot food in the refrigerator. Did you know that storing hot food in the refrigerator will consume a lot of power and electricity watts. Apart from not storing hot food in the refrigerator, we also shouldn’t open the refrigerator too often because it can interfere with the cooling process of the refrigerator which in turn can consume a lot of electricity costs.

Create a water reservoir

Furthermore, the way to save energy is to create a water reservoir. Creating a water reservoir will save electricity because the water engine only starts when the reservoir is empty. Water machines that run too often can waste energy consumption. If there is a water reservoir, we will only start the engine when the tub is empty. This will save more money than starting the engine every day.

Using alternative energy

Now using alternative energy has become something to be encouraged. There are many places now using solar cells as an energy source. Using solar cells is great for application in tropical areas like this and it can also preserve our environment.
