1. Sugar content in Yakult

The first: Yakult is probiotic drink that rich in sugar. In 65 ml of Yakult contains as much as 10 grams of sugar. The human body needs at least 20 mg of sugar every day.

So, just by consuming two small bottles of Yakult, you can meet your daily sugar needs.

But you don’t have to consume two bottles of Yakult. Each of us not only eats Yakult but there are many others that contain sugar that we consume.

So, with one bottle of Yakult every day added with other foods that are rich in sugar such as rice, cakes, etc., our bodies have met the need for sugar.

Do not consume more than 20-25 grams of sugar because it can cause bad effects on health. If you consume 30 grams of sugar or more per day, then you are more likely to have diabetes problems and you are in danger.

In addition, excess sugar in the body can also cause heart disease.

This probiotic drink contains good bacteria that are useful in neutralizing the content of bacteria in the intestines. The bacteria in yakult are known as LcS bacteria (Lactobacillus casei Shirota).

This drink is very good for health and even has a very unique nature, where every time we drink this probiotic, the stomach acid and enzymes in the intestine.

The LcS bacteria (Lactobacillus casei Shirota) present in will kill the bad bacteria. Not only that, it also suppresses the growth of other bad bacteria.

Do you know how many bacteria are in our intestines? The number of bacteria is very large, even one bottle of Yakult is claimed to contain about 6.5 billion good bacteria.
