1. Cough medicine

One of the benefits of the Kaempferia galanga plant is to treat coughs, especially coughs with phlegm. To treat this disease very easily, you only need to add one teaspoon of ground plant powder (rhizome) that has been crushed. Enter the rhizome powder into hot water and add a little salt.

2. Diarrhea medication

3. Preventing Gastric Cancer
