Now lilac or oleaceae has begun to be widely cultivated in several countries such as India, and northern America, especially the United States.

Lilac essential oils are like marigold essential oils and others, they are obtained by steam distillation from the leaves of the lilac plant. The color of the oil is light purple and it has long been used as a traditional herbal for various diseases. Lilac plants are also taken a lot of flowers, so their availability is very large and we don’t need to be afraid of running out of availability.

According to several sources, lilca oil has been used in the world of medicine since ancient times, even hundreds of years ago, this oil has been known to have great properties in dealing with health problems.

Syringa vulgaris is a plant that is converted into lilac oil. It is a plant native to temperature areas such as Asia and Eastern Europe. The growth is very easy and does not require difficult maintenance. Indeed, this plant has many variants and lilac is the most popular variant in the world. Internal use can cause health problems. That is why lilac essential oil is not recommended for consumption, but its use is by inhaling or spraying it in the air. If you ingest llilac oil, there is a possibility that it can cause indigestion and even heart problems.

Topical use must also be careful, do not use on mucous membranes such as eyes, nose, in the ears or mouth.
