Marko’s flesh is soft, grainy and fluffy, while swordfish has a denser flesh, much like canned tuna.

Shark meat is famous for being rich in nutrients and even in some countries it is a staple food, as mentioned above.

How to Cook Shark Meat?

How to eat it, of course you have to cook it first to be healthy. So, how to cook the right shark? Well, before you try sharks, you need to know that there are many types of sharks, and there are certain types that can be eaten.
