- ½ inch ginger root fresh
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro fresh
- ½ lime peeled
- 1 cup water
- 1.5 banana
- 1 serving homemade protein powder optional
– Blend coriander, spinach and enough water until smooth
– Then, add the rest of the fruit, such as bananas or dates or other sweet fruit, continue to blend until smooth.
For a refreshingly cold smoothie, freeze the bananas first, then place the bananas in a blender according to the instructions above.
