2. Princess mountain Roure

Apart from the Cibodas route, you can also climb Mount Gede by passing the Gunung Putri route. Prince Suryakencana himself was the son of Aria Wiratanudatar (founder of Cianjur) who confessed the jinn. Prince Suryakencana had two sons, they were Prabu Siliwangi and Prabu Sakti.

If you climb this mountain, there is still a recitation of Prince Suryakencana’s throne in the form of a horse saddle. It is said that this place has been guarded by Embah Layang Gading until now.

There is also a big legend in the forest area surrounded by the square, namely the tomb of Prabu Siliwangi. In fact, there are many other historical sites that are sometimes sacred to these mountain climbers.

Many people still believe that Prince Suryakencana is still living there and ruling over the jinn.

There are also some big mountain climbers who hear the sound of hoofs around the Suryakencana square. It is believed to be a genie troop who was escorting Suryakencana. Until there are even strange things where the Sundanese Wiwitan adherents often do asceticism in caves around the alun-alun surya kencana.

1. Blue Lake

4. Cibeureum Waterfall

Another tourist attraction is Cibeureum waterfall. This waterfall is located after you pass Gayonggong Swamp. This is a waterfall with a height of 50 meters. Geographically, Cibeureum waterfall is located about 2.8 km from Cibodas and is located at an altitude of 1,675 masl.

This includes a very beautiful waterfall, even climbers want to linger here without wanting to hurry to the top of the mountain. The beauty of Cibeureum waterfall can make climbers delay their climb and spend a lot of time there.
