Black Soybean Nutrition Facts – We’ll talk about black soybeans. Black soybeans are a type of ordinary soybean except that they are black in color. This includes a rare legume grown in China. Black soybeans are herbal plants used in China to remove toxins from the body.

Indeed, the amount of the glycemic index has not been determined, but it is believed that black soybeans also contain a low glycemic index like other soybeans. 7 grams of fiber content is also the reason why it is classified as a low glycemic index, high fiber content makes the digestive process slow down so that the increase in blood sugar also slows down.
