The Jinn in Islam [part 2 of 2]

The Jinn in Islam part 2 of 2

Jinn activities in the unseen world

Jinn who has the ability to fly, see through, so that the genie is used by evil humans to learn black magic. So, in occult activities such as black magic, voodoo, sorcery, Poltergeists, and Mediums where everything can be explained by the genie realm. Jinn can cross great distances in seconds, so jinn are very valuable to black magicians or those who carry out activities with magic.

Jinn are willing to help those who have knowledge in black, magic, but the genie also asks for something from them. In return for the help of the jinn, they often ask that the witches worship them or the devil. So, witches consider that jinn or demons are gods other than Allah.

We often see a lot of unreasonable treatment of magicians, even though it is all help from the genie. For example, among the things magicians assisted by genies do is remove the statue of liberty, fly across the Grand Canyon and retrieve a ship from the Bermuda Triangle. This has all been done by a Jewish magician named “David Copperfield”. There is no way for humans to do this except through the intermediary of the jinn. This is mostly done by Satan worshipers.

Now, one of the activities that is often associated with jinn is the world of divination. Fortune tellers often use the help of genies to find out the fate of a person in the future. In the past before the birth of Rasulullag SAW, many fortune tellers asked the help of jinn and jinn to go to the sky to steal future secrets about someone. Then this information was given to fortune tellers, so before the Prophet Muhammad SAW was born, there were so many fortune tellers who could guess someone’s future. But after the birth of Prophet Muhammad SAW, then the sky was guarded tightly by the angels so that every jinn who wanted to cross to the sky would be arrowed with fire arrows.

“And We have guarded it (the heavens) from every accursed devil, except one who is able to snatch a hearing and he is pursued by a brightly burning flame.” (Quran 15: 17-18)

The Prophet also said: “They (the Jinn) would pass the information back down until it reaches the lips of a magician or forrtune-teller Sometimes a meteor would overtake them before they could pass it on. If they passed it on before being struck, they would add to it a hundred lies ”(Saheeh Al-Bukhari).

Thus it is clear that there are many fortune tellers who can predict accurately and not a few who miss their predictions. That’s because the genie didn’t get the right information and he ended up lying. So, it is clear that as Muslims we should not believe someone’s prediction because it is just a trick of the jinn. JIn now can no longer steal information about someone from the angel conversation.

The greatest manipulation of the jinn in humans is through sight. Jin can describe something clearly on the human view. With this vision, the jinn tend to direct people to worship Satan and are no longer worshipers of Allah. Only a person who is strong in faith, with the help of Allah he can fight against the jinn, he can fight everything that the jinn shows on his pikrian or view.

Likewise with ghosts, someone thinks it is the body of a dead person who then rises to the world. Even though the ghost is a genie or demon that looks like a dead person to destroy one’s faith. People who have died can no longer return to this world in their physical form. he is in a state of happiness or woe according to his practice in the world before going to heaven or hell at the last day. So, all forms of ghosts or kuntilanak appearances are the activities of evil jinn.

Protection from the Jinn

Islam also teaches us to take refuge from the influence of evil jinn. We cannot see them and they can see us, so Rasulullah SAW taught us to take refuge from jinn and its dangers. The trick is to seek refuge in Allah from the accursed devil. We are encouraged to read chapters 113 and 114 of the Holy Quran, and reciting the words taught by God in the Quran:

“Say: ‘My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of Satan (devils). And I seek refuge with You, my Lord, lest they may attend (or come near) me. ‘”(Quran 23: 97-98)

One way to take refuge from Satan is to say bismillah every time you enter the house, read bismillah when you eat, drink, wear clothes, and say the name of Allah when you want to have sex with your wife.

In addition, we are also encouraged to read prayers entering the toilet, and prayers when leaving the toilet. Reading the name of Allah when undressing can prevent the jinn from seeing someone’s private parts and prevent them from injuring someone.

Reading the verse al-kursi in Arabic (Quran 2: 255) provides protection to humans from disturbance by jinn.

Rasulullah SAW said: “Do not make your houses like graves, for Satan runs away from a house in which al-Baqarah chapter [chapter 2] is recited.” (Narrated by Saheeh Muslim)

The holy verses of the Koran are our protectors against the evil of the jinn, so in Islam everything is taught. Every good activity is recommended to begin with the words Bismillah … So, we don’t need to be afraid of jinn or other supernatural beings because we have been taught how to take refuge from jinn and demons. In addition, believers (ISLAM) believe that everything happens by the will of Allah, if Allah does not wish, then nothing can happen.
