Notes: The format in number 1 is very formal writing. Meanwhile in number 2 and 3 is a more polite writing. While the writing of the date in numbers 4-5 is less formal, and the format in number 6 is a somewhat official date format such as writing on an invoice, or other official document.

This is a way of writing the date in English with official or unofficial format. It is common to see this format on invoices or on official documents. The example is:

System for Writing Days and Months in English
In writing the day in English, it should not be written directly as usual but must use multilevel numbers. So, if you want to write the first date, you shouldn’t write “one”, but you must use “first” or numeral.
