Use in culinary is also the same as coconut oil, we can use extra virgin olive oil for cooking, frying and even can be used with the same amount. In addition, virgin olive oil also contains anti-bacteria as obtained in coconut oil. So, extra virgin olive oil can be called as one of the most suitable substitute for coconut oil.
