They don’t care, the important thing is that their skin is smooth and hair-free. even those with a lot of money are willing to spend billions to get this skin beauty.

In fact, removing hair on the body can be done easily using the spices in your kitchen. This is turmeric, right, we are talking about turmeric and its benefits for easy and effective hair removal. Simply by using turmeric alone, you can remove hair on your body, especially on the parts you don’t want, such as your face, legs, arms and so on.

Curcuma longa is a turmeric-producing plant and it is still in the Zingiberaceae family. Turmeric is an herbal plant that has rhizomes in the soil, this rhizome has a slightly rough skin with a segmented shape. The color of the rhizome on the inside is yellow or orange and the outside is brownish. Turmeric is usually dried after being finely ground, and stored for use as needed in various culinary delights. However, you can use and take advantage of turmeric for beauty purposes.

Turmeric is also popular with the name Indian saffron, which is why this plant is quite popular as a distinctive spice in Indian culinary delights. Almost all types of culinary use turmeric with a distinctive culinary aroma and of course it has many health benefits including hair removal. Turmeric is a spice native to South Asia, although now it has become a spice plant that is cultivated throughout the world, even now this plant has about 133 species in various parts of the world.

What is the composition of turmeric?

Turmeric is a powerful spice in treating various diseases and health complaints. After doing research, it was found that more than 100 components are in turmeric. Among these components include essential oils, aromatic compounds such as turmerone, arturmerone, and zingiberene. There are also natural antioxidants such as curcuminoids. Turmeric is also known to contain four types of polysaccharides. In addition, turmeric is an herb with various important nutrients such as minerals (among the minerals are sodium, potassium, iron, sodium, and phosphorus), and vitamins (among the vitamins in turmeric are thiamine, niacin, riboflavin, and ascorbic acid).

Besides that, in turmeric there is a little fat and protein and sugar, reportedly also contains a little sugar. In addition, this spice contains a lot of fatty acids such as alpha-linolenic acid and omega-3 fatty acids. The good news is that turmeric is free from cholesterol, so that it supports its prowess in the world of health.

What are the health benefits of turmeric

The history of the use of turmeric in the world of health has been started since 4000 years ago and continues to grow. Even the modern world is now aware of the health benefits of this turmeric spice. Why is turmeric so useful? This is because it contains curcumin which is an active chemical substance that acts as a natural antioxidant. This curcumin fights free radicals and causes premature aging and has a great effect on digestion and chronic inflammation. In Indian medicine known as ayurveda, turmeric is the main ingredient for curing various inflammation such as liver damage, auto immunity, cognitive problems, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s and several types of cancer.

So, this curcumin content has provided tremendous benefits to improve human health. One of the known uses of curcumin is to remove hair. That is why women who feel irritated by hair in various areas of the body that are not natural, they can use this herb to overcome it.

Why use turmeric for hair removal?

Turmeric is a popular herb in skin care especially in Indian medicine. The presence of curcumin in turmeric provides many benefits and makes turmeric a natural remedy for treating skin and dermatological diseases. Turmeric is beneficial medicinally either used orally or topically. Among the benefits of using turmeric are reducing the impact of wrinkles, acne, eliminating excess oil, and reducing inflammation both inside and out. Apart from that, turmeric is also known as a natural remedy to remove fine hair and prevent it from growing back. So, it is very suitable to use turmeric to remove hair, so you don’t need to spend a lot of money to get beautiful skin that is free of hair.

When the crushed turmeric is mixed with other medicinal ingredients and applied to the skin, it will stick to the hair like glue and can release the hair from the roots. It will come off very easily when you rub it with your finger. It really is very easy to shed the hair from the roots and when it grows further, the hair will become smoother. Use turmeric several times until the hair grows only fine hairs.

Several ways to use turmeric for hair removal

Below are some recipes for turmeric to get rid of your rmabut. Let us look at them one by one.

1. Turmeric-Milk Paste

Materials needed:

  • 3 teaspoons of turmeric powder
  • One teaspoon pure milk

Method of manufacture:

Mix turmeric powder with whole milk to form a thick and soft paste, then apply it directly to the part of your body that you want to remove hair from. Apply it evenly throughout the hair down to the roots and wait for 20 minutes.

If the turmeric paste in the milk mixture has dried, try rubbing it gently with your hands. Rub in a circular motion, this way your hair will grow thinner and do it for up to 3 consecutive days. After the hair disappears, in subsequent growth it will grow thinner until the next month it will remove.

2. Turmeric-Salt Pack

What you will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
  • Gram flour – ½ cup
  • Half a glass of cold milk
  • One spoonful of salt

How to make:

Take the turmeric powder, salt, gram flour, salt, and cold suus, put it in a bowl and stir evenly until it becomes a paste. Apply to the hair you want to remove and rub with your fingertips for 5 minutes using a circular method. After everything has been applied completely, wait for it to dry, and after 10 minutes wash it off with warm water. Do this treatment once a week so that the hair grows thinner.

3. Turmeric-Gram Flour Scrub

Materials that need to be prepared “:

  • One teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • One tablespoon of Gram flour
  • Two tablespoons of milk

Method of manufacture:

Take the salt flour, turmeric powder, and milk in a bowl. If it has become a paste, apply it to the hair on your skin to remove it.

Apply in a circular motion, this is so that the hair you want to remove can fall out from the roots. Wait 10 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. This turmeric scrub will leave your skin smooth and silky and free of hair.

4. Turmeric-Lemon Mask

Materials:

  • Two tablespoons of turmeric powder
  • Two tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Half a cup of sugar
  • One cup of water

Method of manufacture:

Take sugar and boil it with water to prepare a sticky syrup. Then add lemon juice and turmeric powder. Keep stirring until it becomes a sticky paste. Wait for it to cool, and apply on the skin with a lot of hair. Apply in a circular motion for 5 minutes. Next, scrub this mask using a clean washcloth or you can also use warm water. Do this treatment twice a week.
